Valve Repair
Specialized repair of industrial valves
We provide repair, refurbishment (overhaul), and calibration of industrial valves for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power plant, and refinery industries. Our services include on-site inspection, workshop repair (overhaul), pressure testing, and issuance of test certificates.
Main Services
Visual inspection and technical evaluation (in-situ inspection)
Disassembly and refurbishment of the body, seat, and stem.
Replacement of packing, gaskets, and worn parts with OEM or approved equivalent components.
Seat refurbishment/re-facing, seat machining, and re-sealing.
Actuator service (hydraulic, pneumatic, or electric)
Hydrostatic testing, seat leakage testing, and if required NDT (MPI/UT/PT).
Refurbishment, technical reporting, and issuance of test certificates.
Standards and tests (heavy reference load)
- Valve inspection and testing standard: API 598 (Valve Inspection & Testing). (This standard is the reference for testing and leakage requirements of various types of valves.)
For design and pressure-temperature ratings of components, ASME/EN standards are used (if required, ASME B16.34). (Upon customer request, leakage tests are also performed in accordance with ISO 5208.)
Quality control and deliverable documentation
- Initial inspection report (condition report)
- List of replaced parts + before/after photos
- NDT results and pressure test (hydro test) certificates according to API/ASME.
- If required, provision of MTR (Material Test Report) or component certificate (for OEM parts).

FAQ
What types of valves do you repair?
We repair and refurbish various types of industrial valves, including gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves, check valves, safety/relief valves, and diaphragm valves.
Is valve repair carried out on-site (on-site) or only in the workshop?
Depending on the valve type and project conditions, we offer both on-site repair (On-site Repair) and workshop overhaul services. Large-size valves or those installed in critical locations are usually serviced on-site.
What tests are performed after repair?
After assembly, hydrostatic tests (Hydrostatic Test), seat leakage tests (Seat Leakage Test), and if required NDT tests such as PT, MT, or UT are performed.
What is the repair duration for each type of valve?
The duration depends on the size, valve type, and extent of damage, but it usually takes between 2 to 7 working days.
Do you provide a warranty after repair?
Yes, all repairs are provided with a minimum 3-month performance warranty, and this period can be extended upon customer request.
What replacement is used if OEM parts are not available?
Equivalent parts from reputable manufacturers that comply with the original technical specifications and material requirements are used as replacements, and they are delivered with an MTR (Material Test Report).
Is it possible to upgrade old valves to new standards?
In many cases, valve performance can be upgraded by changing materials, improving the sealing surface, or installing a new actuator, thereby enhancing overall operation.
Do you provide leakage testing in accordance with API 598?
Yes, all leakage tests are performed in accordance with API 598, and an official certificate is issued.
What is the maximum size and operating pressure that can be serviced?
Up to 72-inch size and pressure class 2500 can be serviced.
Is refurbishment of corroded valves possible?
Yes, through machining, surface hardening, and replacement of damaged parts, they can be restored.
